Why Loadirect
Verified carriers
Every carrier’s USDOT, operating authority and insurance are checked with FMCSA. New authorities are reviewed before they can book.
Escrow protects you
The rate is held when a carrier books and paid out only after you approve the proof of delivery (automatically after 24 hours if you don’t answer).
A signed rate confirmation
Every load moves on a rate confirmation both sides agree to. Changes are proposed and accepted, never assumed.
Tracking and documents
Check-ins with GPS from pickup to delivery, BOL and POD photos, and detention worked out from the driver’s times.
Rate guidance
See the typical rate for your lane before you post, so loads book fast at a fair price.
Find empty trucks
See trucks posted as empty near your dock and offer them one of your loads directly.
How it works
Post a load
Lane, dates, equipment and your rate: flat or per mile, escrow or Net terms.
A carrier books it
A verified carrier books at your rate; both sides get the rate confirmation.
Track and approve
Follow the trip, approve the POD, and escrow pays the carrier.

- 15 booked loads a month included
- $25 per load after that
- Pays for itself from about 9 loads a month
Questions
Do you take a percentage of the rate?
No. A flat platform fee per booked load, or the Volume plan with loads included. Never a cut of the freight.
Can I use the carriers I already work with?
Yes. Send them your invite link from Invite & earn: they register in minutes and you post loads to them like anyone else.
Can I pay on terms instead of escrow?
Yes. Post a load on Net 15, 30, 45 or 60 terms; the carrier sees the terms before booking.
What if plans change?
Cancel an open load at no cost. Cancelling a booked load pays the carrier a TONU fee, and the app tells you before you do it.
