The account owner opens Team & account in the account menu, enters their email and role (office staff or driver, with the truck they drive), and sends them the invite link. Links work once, for 7 days.

On escrow loads the shipper’s money is held when the load is booked and released when the shipper approves the proof of delivery, or automatically 24 hours after delivery. Loads on Net terms are paid when the shipper pays the carrier’s invoice. Need it sooner? Use instant pay (escrow loads) or factoring (terms loads) in the back office.

Use the load’s chat to reach the other side first. Shippers can report a problem with the delivery instead of approving it, which holds the escrow until it’s resolved. Carriers can revise and resend an invoice the shipper disputes. If you’re still stuck, email us with the load number.

Finding and booking loads is free. Paid plans (Back Office, Volume, Dispatcher Pro) are month to month: change or cancel them under Plan & billing, and a cancelled plan stays until the end of the month you paid for.

New carriers are checked against FMCSA for active authority, out-of-service orders and insurance. Authorities under 90 days old can search but can’t book until our trust & safety review approves them.
